| 1186725415 | 2007-08-10 | On site by request of Garry VanDyke (pumper). Approx 12:30 AM the neighbor noticed the odor of oil and called Garry. He went to the site and found that the flow line had ruptured and let an undetermined amount of oil out on to the ground. The oil went to the road ditch and then south approx 50 foot into a culvert and under Co Rd 24, a dam was installed at that point by Mr.Howerd (neighbor). I was notified at approx 1:00 AM. Arrived on the site at 1:22 AM, a vac truck was on site and clean up had been started. The bulk of the free oil was removed w/the vac truck and the shut down untill day light to further asses the situation for further clean up. | ||||
