-1967756528 2013-10-23 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit and a domestic gas line. The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The dike was weathered and not capable of meeting containment requirements. The proper identification sign was posted. There were locked, chain link fences surrounding the tank battery and well. The load lines had plugs. The lease road was in good condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I called Dave Rice at 330-792-9524. I instructed Dave to build up the dike surrounding the tank battery.
