1289i26153843 2001-05-31 STATUS CHECK
1337882248 2013-10-24 On the day of my inspection, I found no change in the status of the well since my last inspection done on 05/26/2013, I placed a phone call to Bruce Levengood with Sound Energy for an up date on a service rig availability to plug.
1361899803 2013-02-25 On the day of my inspection I reviewed the Divisions production records and found there had been no production recorded from the year of 1984 to 2013, after speaking with Sound Energy I was told the well had never been produced. My inspection at the well site reveled eight inch casing with four inch production casing that had been broken off, there is (1) one hundred barrel production tank sitting on the well location. The requirements to meet the Divisions standards will be, to make the well capable of commercial production within sixty days, or plugging is required within sixty days, legibly identify well. 9-9-02

1367261754 2013-04-29 No change in the status of the well, Sound Energy requested a sixty day extension for plugging and they are currently working with the landowner to resolve the lease issue.
1379520580 2013-09-17 Pryor to my inspection, I made a phone call to Sound Energy and spoke with Bruce Levengood about the status and condition of the this well, Mr. Levengood asked me for a sixty day allowance to get a service rig on site and run a bond log to find out if the integrity of the 4.5" casing is any good before plugging, I agreed to the sixty day allowance, I also asked Mr. Levengood if he would take care of the one hundred barrel tank that is on site as well as fencing of the well head. The status of the well has not change since my last inspection.
1383148410 2013-10-30 On the day of my inspection, I witnessed the rig crew for Knox Energy and Bruce Levengood with Sound Energy packing off the well and putting a 4x2 swedge with a gate valve in the well. The well was drilled in 1973 but was never perforated or produced, Sound Energy is going to pressure test the casing and at that point decide if they will produce or plug the well.
