-555431746 2013-12-13 My inspection found the well is being produced off of the 4.5 in casing. The pump jack has been removed along with the rods and tubing. The stone pad and electric hook up for the pump jack still remains. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
1148843238 2010-08-10 Tank battery is in good repair, identification sign is posted. One 100 BBl, one 210 BBL tank in the battery and a mechanical separator. Dike is in good repair. Spacing is correct. Well is a pump jack well. Lease road is stable. Two towels are wrapped around the stuffing box for leak indicators.
