621082680 2012-10-31 I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a chain link fence and pine trees with the proper identification sign and located next to a white house on the church property. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence with slats, a dike, and contained two, 100 barrel oil storage tanks, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, two separators, and the proper identification sign. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road and tank battery was shared by 2-3415. There are no violations at this time.
