741484008 2013-04-27 I inspected this well on 4/27/2013. The tank battery consisted of a 210 Bbl. Stock tank, 25 Bbl. Steel brine tank, 2408 separator with an American Orifice gas measurement meter. The area was fenced but the fencing has been breached and readily accssible. The required I.D. placard contains out of date information. The gas meter chart is not current and the date of the chart is not legible. The tank battery is overgrown with vegetation. The wellhead consists of 4.5" casing with 1.5" tubing setup as a Pluger Lift System ( Rabbit ). A domestic usage connection is present and is supplying gas for domestic use. There is staining surrounding the wellhead which appears to originate from blowing the " Drip" in connection with the domestic usage. I noticed slight gas venting approx. 18" from the 8.625" casing head. Possibly annular ( 8.625" to 4.5") source. Area is fenced in and overgrown with vegetation. There is linear wet area 15' to 20' East of the wellhead. Possibly remanent of the " working pit " left from drilling operations. Well has not produced since 2007.
