1348838700 2012-09-28 Well is equipped with an artificial lift system(pump jack). There is electric motor on pump jack and well looks capable of production because of valves are open going to tanks. Landowner claims no trucks have been in to pick up oil for years. Weeds are growing up around pump jack with no signs of entry. There is no id at the two 100 barrel tanks or at well head. There is a compressor next to the tanks.
