1251141755 2009-08-24 Lease road is stable, lease road gate needs chain and lock. Tank battery has a mechanical separator and a 100BBL tank. Tank battery needs a dike constructed around it. Dike is worn down. Well head is in good repair. 25 feet east of the center of the parking area of the drive. Called Bill Kenny from Summit, requested chain be put on lease road gate. Dike built up around battery. Landowner has stacked wood around the tank battery. Wood needs removed for safety.

The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. I spoke with Alan from Summit Oil Co.440-773-4101 and gave him 60 days to repair the dike.
