-338155827 2014-08-01 I was on location for a follow-up inspection. I found during my inspection the small oil leak completely cleaned up. New gravel was spread throughout the diked tank battery. Flow line piping between the separator and the production tank was replaced. A new identification sign was posted.
2008021167 2014-07-23 I was on location for a status check. I found the well in production with a plunger lift unit. A domestic gas line came off of the 4.5" casing. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a separator. There was a dike around the production equipment. A plug was installed on the load line. I noticed approximately 2 gallons of oil floating on a pool of water around the production tank. There was no identification sign. The lease road was in good condition. I called Petrox and spoke with field supervisor Jim Stanley. Jim stated the oil was from a previous production tank that had a small leak and thought all of the oil was cleaned up. I instructed Jim to:

Clean-up all of the oil. Posted a new identification sign. The tank battery shared with permit number 2-1289. A follow-up inspection would be performed by 7/28/2014.
