-847730328 2014-01-13 Inspected orphan well with Norburt Lowder on 01/13/2014. Tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-75 bbl steel tank, and 1-25 bbl plastic tank that is caved in. Well identification was posted at the tank battery for all wells utilizing it. Spoke with landowner Preston Smith at the time of the inspection who informed us that the well was cut-off below grade, covered with a frisbee, and then covered with soil. No trace of well can be seen at ground level.
1990620644 2014-06-12 Visited location on 06/12/2014 with Jeff Fry for a status update inspection at the request of Gene Chini. The well had been cut-off, covered with a frisbee, and buried by the landowner previously. A strong hit with the metal detector indicated the likely location of the well. GPS coordinates and pictures were taken to update the well file.
