1289i10451285 | 2001-04-13 | inspected wellsite with Dick Shockley, Gary Green, and Mr. Hook, Central Ohio coal Co. found area north west of wellhead has slipped downhill taking wellhead and laying it over. 8" csg. Cannot be seen, only 1.5" tubing, well is gassing. Mission Gas has permit to plug well, but wants Central Ohio Coal to furnish heavy equipment to rebuild location to move rig on to plug well. Steve Hook,Central Ohio Coal, alledges mission gas caused slip and that coal company is not at fault. A settling pond was constructed by coal company, to the north of wellhead, for reclamation purposes. Miision Gas Co. alledges, the pond construction started the location to slip.
