-1792187563 2006-10-02 Inspection this day found well capable of producing with rabbit, tank still needs ID's, frac tanks still in place but well now going - not making much? - RESOLVED

1180348102 2007-05-25 Inspection this day found well with jack not in production. Recompleted upper zone in well and now can't sell the gas?!?!? Tank has good ID's but no permit no., chart says 2006, valves shut at well. Am giving operator 3 other NOV's this day so will not write this one up today - will ask what's going on and when will be producing. Reclamation has been done, grass growing sparsely but very poor soil, road starting to erode as he didn't put in water bars. But will pass for now.
216734636 2005-07-29 Re-inspect this day. Still not reclaimed. Met with EOG - Rick Green and agrees something needs done. Well probably needs plugged and will reclaim them. Should have an answer in next week, hope to plug before fall. Landowner claims they have cut the road down 4' across the culvert in the draw and he wants it built back up - will take a tremendous amount of dirt and nowhere to get it. I don't believe it was ever that high - just not enough dirt there.
796413231 2009-09-17 This was a PB, not PA. Location has been restored, well producing.
