-680106250 2014-03-28 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. A domestic gas line came off the 4.5" casing. A board-on-board fence surrounded the well. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a separator. The dike was slightly weathered; however, it meets containment requirements. A identification sign was posted. A bull plug was installed on the load line. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
