I inspected this well at the request of landowner Mr. Jarrod McClain. The well was equipped with a pumping unit but no motor. Mr. McClain informed me that the motor was pulled from the pumping unit within the past month. An earthened dike is built around the well and pumping unit. Oil had puked out of the well and was contained within the dike. Peat absorbent has been applied to the oil around the well head. The tank battery consist of (2) 100 barrel tanks inside of a dike. ID is posted at the tanks. No violations noted this date.
