-102077258 2013-07-31 Status check on the drilling progress found the current drilling depth to be 5,738' with the down hole bit position nearing the bottom of the horizontal curve using a 8.5 drill bit. The company is drilling on oil base drilling mud.
-1264502119 2013-10-02 Status check inspection on the current drilling progress found the current drilling depth to be 2244' using a 17.5 tri cone drill bit, the company indicated the bit has possibly failed and they have been granted a variance from the Division to set their casing at the current depth they are at on this well bore intermediate section.
-1522127197 2013-09-09 I received notification on 09/07 that while drilling the 1st intermediate borehole a hammer bit and sub was lost at 2024' and the hole had collapsed up to 1452' before they could get back to bottom with the open ended drill string. A plug was set on 09/08/13 from 1452' back to 585', which put them back up in their surface casing. The company plans to deviate out of their original borehole and continue drilling the well bore, Baker & Hughes cement services used 2282 sacks of class A cement. Records were received.
-1990373712 2014-02-19 The well stimulation process is now complete and the well is in production.

1195648738 2013-12-16 The well bore total drilling depth has been reached at 16,200' and the company is conditioning the well bore while pulling the drill string out of the hole in preparation of running the production casing.
1319900554 2014-01-13 Status check inspection on the stimulation process found the company recently completed stage 18 of 20 to be stimulated, A solid completion plug was set at 11,820' with 50 perforations made in 5 gun runs staggered out between 11,800' and 11,598', Halliburton stimulation services is on location.
1370557162 2013-06-06 Notification was received by the co man that the well was spudded and 100' of conductor was set and is to be cemented tomorrow, Express Energy is the contractor to perform both services.
1370896509 2013-06-10 The said well was spudded on 06/07/13 by Express Energy services with 95' of 30 conductor set and cemented to surface on 06/09/13.
1377740973 2013-08-28 Inspector on site for a 4Am call out to witness the running and cementing of 622' of 20 94# surface casing. Halliburton cement services were the contractors providing the cement services. Class A 2% calcium 1/4# flake cement was used with 50 barrels of estimated good cement returns to surface. No plug or shoe ran and casing is to be pressure tested.
1379447846 2013-09-17 Status check inspection found the drilling company Alpha Hunter Drilling waiting on cement to cure from the recent plug back, A plug was set from 919' to 537' and the company shall attempt their 3rd borehole out of this surface hole. The company man on site informed me they shall be going back in on brine water to attempt the next borehole. A borehole deviation survey copy was received from the lost 4 degree offset borehole.
1380213670 2013-09-26 Status check inspection on the drilling process found the current drilling depth to be 1819' using a 17.5 tri cone drill bit, The company is drilling on 3% HCL fluid.
1380558288 2013-09-30 Status check on the drilling progress on the 1st intermediate casing string borehole found the current casing plan revised and the new projected depth to be 2562' using a 17.5 diameter bit, the company has a anti collision plan in effect and is currently taking borehole deviation surveys to avoid collision with the abandoned tools on the previous boreholes we are deviating around.
1380895815 2013-10-04 Status check inspection this AM found the company rigging up the 15,000 # well head BOP, Records were received from the cementing of the 2177' of 13.375 intermediate casing that was set under revised permit conditions, I did check on the rig while it was running casing on the previous day and reviewed all procedures with the company man on site.
1382489396 2013-10-22 Inspection and status check on the current drilling progress found the company pulling out of the hole with the drill string after running in and drilling out the 9.625 casing DV tool and tagging the cement top at 9600' with the top of the float collar at 9660'. It was discovered during the cementing process that the DV tool was not closing and the well was shut in allowing the cement to set up. The company ran a Bond Log which showed good cement presence and shall now start to prep their casing string to set a casing patch over the open ports of the DV tool.
1382605214 2013-10-24 Inspection found the Drilling Company making a preperation run inside the 9.625over the area of the DV tool in preparation to set a casing patch ovet the open ports of the DV tool that did not close before proceeding with drilling the next well bore stage.
1384988841 2013-11-20 Requested too site to check fluids that were built up on south side of drill pad and after testing fluid for chlorides it was determined that fluid was rain water and it was permissible to discharge fluid into rock lined ditch and return it to mother nature.

Note: Quantab readings indicated it was fresh water build up. Rig was drilling@9957' .

1385429182 2013-11-25 Status check inspection on the drilling progress found the current drilling depth to be 10,111' using a 6.750 slim hole drill bit assembly with a current borehole position inside of the horizontal curve in a 20 degree angle with a projected drilling program to drill the curve the ream the hole to gauge then continue on to a true drilling depth of 16,198'.

The proposed total drilling depth shall be 16,200'.
1389222525 2014-01-08 Status check inspection on the completion process, Halliburton completion services on site along with a 3rd party wire line contractor, the completion process is in the perforation process on the 11th stage to be completed with a solid bridge plug set at 13,575' and 50 perforations staggered out in 5 gun runs between 13,550' and 13,348', proper wellhead control is being demonstrated.
1390459410 2014-01-22 Status check inspection on the completion process found that during the process of drilling out the completion plugs the coil tubing failed and broke in half between the well head control device and the coil tubing reel, the well head blow out preventer was closed and the tubing sheared off, the well was then killed by the means of a top hole kill from surface with prepared mud, the company now has a snubbing unit on location and will recover the 12,677'of 2.375 coil tubing left in the well bore.
