-1342804360 2006-01-09 An inspection of the well revealed well is leaking gas, no well head on well, open 8" casing with 2" tubing down hole approx. 5'ft, fluid level approx. 7'ft., some production equipment on set. Well sets approx. 3' to 5'ft from property line. Dirt work for
-1594561731 2007-10-11 A follow-up inspection revealed that the well is still idle/orphan. The well casing appears to be 8 inch open casing with 2 inch tubing and no wellhead. 1 inch steel line observed near the well. Fluid level in well observed near the top of the casing. Also noted was that a garden hose has been routed from the well to a nearby location. At this location a natural gas odor was observed. The distance from the well to the new Vinton County Highschool is greater than 500 feet. The distance to the nearest residential dwelling located across the road is 300 feet.

2115056463 2007-10-11 An inspection revealed that the well is still idle. Fluid was observed at the top of the 8 inch casing. A garden hose was found to be routed from the well to a location approximately 20 feet away. A small amount of gas was observed from the hose.
542371724 2011-02-08 An inspection of this orphan well located next to the Vinton Co. Highschool was conducted with Mr. Andy Thomas. During the inspection, it was noted that the fluid level remains at top of casing. A 1" line extends from this well to a location, in a field, approx 75' away. The end of this line remains cut on top of ground with no connection to equipment. Gas was smelled at the end of line, but not detected with meter.
