1845541505 2007-09-18 Tank battery is signed. One 210 bbl and one 30 bbl tank in the battery. Mechanical separator on site. Well is a rabbit well. Lease road is stable.
720525154 2012-09-28 The wellhead is fitted with a mechanical plunger lift and appears to be producing. The valve to the 8.75-inch casing is shut-in and no connections enabling annular disposal are present. The tank battery (TB) is located 100 feet to the north. The TB is comprised of one, 210 barrel (BBL) production tank, one, 50 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator unit. I observed the tanks to be severely rusted and spalling paint and rust. There is oily leakage present at the load outs and at the mechanical separator. Neither the wellhead nor the TB is enclosed. The TB dike is completely missing on one corner. I did not observe any evidence of leakage or venting gas. The unit identification is unreadable.
