-288017420 2009-11-24 Tank battery is overgrown. Contacted owner requested tank battery to be cleaned of brush and trees. Identification signs needs installed. Owner stated he is working on getting approval for a meter run, once meter run is installed he will begin improvements on well sites. Requested of the owner to keep me informed of the progress on well sites.
205046593 2013-11-19 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and the tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery is surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a two 100 BBL production tanks, a 100 BBL brine tank, a buried concrete brine tank, and two mechanical separators. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The lease road and the tank battery are being shared by permit number 2-0392.
