1360004681 2013-02-04 My inspection found a shut-in well equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery contained two, 100 barrel production tanks. There were two plugs in both load lines. There was weeds inside the tank battery, no identification sign, and no dike. The separator was outside the tank battery. The lease road was in stable condition. The production records were up to date in our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I called Jim Oberly at 330-345-8796. He informed me that Duck Creek Petroleum was in the process of transferring ownership. I will re-inspect once transfer is complete.
