-1408036162 2011-04-05 Locate and Inspect well for property transfer. Owner of well is current landowner. Well; well head, tubing, rods, Jones pump jack, production lines and shackle lines.
-1629721174 2012-09-19 At the time of my inspection, the crew had just finished setting up the rig and other equipment and had started pulling rods out of the well. The well is being prepared for plugging at landowners request.
1348497133 2012-09-21 At the time of my inspection the well was plugged from a Total Depth of 1180' to the surface with 8 yards of 9 sack grout. The grout was poured in from surface after all fluids were removed from the well.
800972108 2012-10-04 At the time of my inspection the well site was cleared and graded. The well was located in a wooded area and all access lanes are to be left to allow landowner access to the woods for hunting. All cleared vegetation was left on site for the landowner to use as firewood. No vegetation is to be re-established on the well site or the access lane at the landowners request. All production and shackle lines, along with the original "powerhouse", are to be left on site at the landowners request as removing them will cause unwanted damage to the woods. All the necessary Landowner Waivers have been signed and Final Restoration Passed.
