1022655126 2014-02-12 I inspected this well and found a well head consisting of 4.5" casing, 1.5" tubing operated by the plunger lift method. There was 380 psi on the 4.5" casing . All fitttings and equipment was leak free and appeared to be serviceable. The tank battery consists of a 100 Bbl. , 35 Bbl. Poly brine tank, and a 2408 hornizontal separator. The tank battery is shared with Bassack #3-D ( #2787 ) and Bassack #1 ( 2603 ). I advised George Strawn that while the locks were present they need to be latched. No violations at this time
