160279918 2013-04-16 This is a pumping unit wellhead. The well identification sign is missing. According to 1501:9-9-05(A)10/1509:23 the well identification sign shall include owner's name, county, township, well name and number, permit number for the well, and emergency contact number. There is a 7-7/8 inch t-fitting at the ground surface on top of a 7-inch surface casing. A 4-1/4 inch casing is rising above this fitting to another t-fitting. Rising above this fitting is a 3-inch casing into another t-fitting. There are two 2-1/4 inch pipes coming out the sides of this fitting. Rising above this fitting is 1-7/8 inch production tubing with another t-fitting. The stuffing box assembly for this pumping unit is on top. Tank battery is off County Road 25. It consists of two 100-barrel tanks (one for brine and the other for oil), two tall liquid/gas separators, and one small knock out tank on the gas line before the gas gauge meter. 9-9-05(A)10
