-1229107637 2003-09-25 Inspected well site and tank battery. 210 bbls, seperator , plastic brine.
-1961726511 2013-07-24 The producing unit consists of a wellhead with mechanical plunger-lift unit and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The wellhead is located in a chain-link enclosure which is locked. The well is currently producing. There is ID at the wellhead. I did not observe any signs of leakage or problems. The AST battery is comprised of one 140-barrel production tank, one 50-barrel brine tank, and mechanical separator in a chain-link enclosure. There is a unit ID at the wellhead. Secondary containment is good. The unit is lacking safety equipment in accordance with 1501:9-9-05E. I advised Green Energy that the safety gear should be addressed before the start of school. 9-05E4
