-1052333557 2004-11-22 Grading and seeding still needs to completed for preliminary restoration approval.
-1245622556 2014-03-28 The well was shut-in and disconnected. No work has been done on the surface facility construction.
-1402597568 2010-10-19 Transcontinental is on the second 24 hours of a 48 hour gravity fed salt water disposal test requested and approved for this Clinton well. Results will be reported tomorrow.
-31820068 2003-09-10 Capstar Drilling Rig #1 has moved onto the location and will begin drilling later in the day. The pits have been dug and lined and are in good condition.
-419278130 2004-05-14 The drilling has been completed and the rig was moving off location. The blow pit was within several inches of capacity. I contacted Cal Marks who indicated that S&H would begin removing water from this pit later today.
-819378006 2005-04-06 Neither issue has been resolved. The site still needs to be recalimed and the two 210 bbl tanks need to be disconnected from each other at the top.
-976994463 2005-06-20 The site has been graded, seeded and mulched. The tank plumbing issue has not changed but apparently is being allowed by Columbus.
1064237044 2003-09-17 Rig still on site. Should reach TD later in the day and moving the next. Pits lined and in good condition. No violations at this time.
1064839466 2003-09-23 Status check inspection - rig gone, frac tanks being moved in and pits are being pumped. No violations at this time.
1071068984 2003-12-03 Status check inspection for preliminary restoration. The pits have been closed, the site has been rough graded and the road has been stoned. Finish grade and seeding will occur as weather permits. The company has until June 2004 to complete PR.
1084797724 2004-05-12 Status check inspection - drilling, pits lined, no violations at this time.
1099327089 2004-10-26 Status check inspection. The site needs to be finished graded and seeded for preliminary restoration approval.
1109625078 2005-02-28 There are two issues at this site. 1) Capstar drilling moved in to plug back and redrill this well on April 27, 2004. The drilling pits were closed in the alloted time but the finish grading and seeding has not been completed. The nine month time period expired on January 27, 2005. 2) The two 210 bbl tanks are plumbed together at the top making both tanks production tanks. If they are to remain plumbed together this way, then the separators must be moved 10 feet away. If one 210 is to contain brine only, as the tanks are labeled, the top connection between the tanks must be removed. NONEC
1197048902 2013-09-06 The well remains disconnected. A surface facility has yet to be constructed.
1218486876 2004-05-03 Status check inspection - Capstar Drilling is moving onto the location to redrill the well directionally. No violaitons at this time.
1259939181 2009-12-02 The well has produced nothing but brine since it was initially completed, plugged back, redrilled, and recompleted. The pump jack and rods that were on the well have been removed. If the well is not capable of production, it must be plugged and abandoned.
1288095007 2010-10-18 Transcontinental requested and received permission to conduct an injection test to determine if the well can successfully be converted into a saltwater disposal well. The test zone is the Clinton sand using the original perforations. The well is equipped with 2-3/8" tubing inside the 4-1/2" production casing. Producers Services was on site to perform the test. The maximum permitted test pressure is 840 psi. After pumping brine for 90 minutes at a rate of approximately 2.5 bpm with a maximum pressure of 200 psi (friction), Transcontinental decided to cancel the pump test and instead conduct a gravity test since the well was on vacuum. Producers was released and the frac tanks containing brine were plumbed into the wellhead. The test will be concluded on 10/20 or when the 1500 bbl brine is used.
1372863043 2013-05-29 Bob Roush and I witnessed the packer installation.
1571494898 2013-03-08 The well was fenced in and disconnected. No attempts have been made to convert the well to enhanced recovery.
1871735845 2003-09-12 Drilling out from under surface later in the day. No violations at this time.
51737922 2014-05-07 The well was found shut-in and disconnected. There was no progress on the surface facility construction.
