380277218 2014-06-26 I was on location to perform a status check inspection. I found during my inspection the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was in production. The tank battery consisted of a 210 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel, poly brine tank and a separator. A dike surrounded the tank battery. Identification signs were posted at the well and tank battery. There was a wooden fence around the production equipment and a locked, chain link fence around the well. The door to the wooden fence was lying on the ground. A bull plug was installed on the load line. There was no urban safety equipment on the production tank. The lease road was in good condition. I called PAC Drilling and instructed Gus to:

Install the required safety equipment by 9/26/2014 Repair the wooden door on the fencing surrounding the production equipment A follow-up inspection will be performed by 9/26/2014.
