594314815 2003-05-21 CASE 03-014 The Uniontown office received an anonymous complaint concerning the overall condition of this lease. The wells on the property are owned and operated by Moore Well Service and include the KST #1 (P-1557), KST #2 (P-1558), KST #3 (P-1559), KST #4 (P-1560), and KST #5 (P-1591). The KST #5 well is a permitted salt water injection well. The #2, #3 and #4 wells share a common tank battery which includes three stock tanks, three brine tanks and three vertical separators. The tank battery does retain water (rain or snow melt) and the southwest corner of the dike has been cut to drain this water. This cut must be repaired. NONE(B)
