1297898038 2012-05-11 At 11:34 am, I received a call from Mr. Frank Paniccia, the landowner and alleged well owner, stating that his employee Mr. Randy Ayers had scheduled an appointment with an "oil guy" to reopen the wells. Mr. Paniccia further stated that he told Randy not to mess around and get the locations cleaned up.
90908250 2012-01-31 A followup inspection was conducted to verify the status of multiple wells located on this property, which had been referenced within a West Region enforcement case file. During the inspection, it was noted that the well was idle with no recent signs of production. The well was equipped with a pumping unit (Alten model) with a motor and belt, an attached bridle, 5.5" diameter casing equipped with a wellhead, rods, and tubing. Two small trees have grown in between the pumping unit and no attached production line. A GPS reading was obtained and recorded for the well. Note: The enforcement case file for wells located on this property date back to the mid-1990's. This case will be discussed with Division Management.
