1334484952 | 2012-12-03 | I completed an urban production well inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a 4" concoil that was surrounded by a chain link fence and locked. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, and the proper dike. There was a lock and bull plug on the load lines for both tanks. The heat treated separator had the proper spacing from the tank battery. The identification sign was posted on the separator. The lease road was in good working condition with a locked gate at the entrance. The well was placed into prodction prior to House Bill 278. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. There are no violations at this time. |
