| 1180181485 | 2014-08-19 | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the production equipment included 2-100bbl tanks, a 30bbl brine tank, a vertical separator, a drip and a 1.5 inch Honeywell rotary meter with a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 7 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods and a pumping unit powered by natural gas with valves in the open position at the wellhead. Well identification was present and the site passed preliminary restoration according ORC 1509.072A. |
