-33399786 2014-03-27 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a 4" Concoyl Unit. The tank battery consisted on two, 50 barrel production tanks and a separator. The dike was constructed of cement blocks and an asphalt base. There were locked, chain link fences with barb wire surrounding the tank battery and well. An identification sign was posted on the fence with Enervest listed as the owner. Bull plugs were installed on the load lines. A 7 day production chart was inside the separator. The lease road was the businesses parking lot. According to our database, there has been no annual production reported since 2009 and Exco-North Coast was listed as the owner. I called Larry, field supervisor for Enervest. Larry claimed Enervest did not own the well, they just took care of it. I instructed Larry to obtain the current owner. I will follow-up by 4/7/2014. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
