-1849199637 2014-08-29 I was on location for the cementing of the conductor casing. The 14 3/4" hole was drilled to 93'. The 11 3/4" conductor casing was set to 78'. Petroset was the cement company on location. Petroset broke circulation and ran 200 sacks of Class A cement that mudscaled at 15.6 ppg. The cement was displaced using 8.5 bbls of fresh water. Cement returns were observed at the surface. The location is in stable condition. The lease road is stone half way to the well and then runs along a field to the location. The pits are stable and the liner is in good repair. The top soil is piled at the West side of the location. The cellar is constructed of a 4'6" plastic pipe. No violations found.
-381652980 2014-09-03 My inspection found PDC to have drilled to 3089'. No reported issues while drilling to the current depth. The pit liner is in good repair. The location is in stable condition. No violations found.
1409683410 2014-08-29 I received a call from Roy Poulson from PDC Drilling that they had spudded the well at 8:00 AM on 8/29/2014.
1409942118 2014-09-05 I was on location to witness the cementing of the production casing. Poulson Drilling drilled a 7 7/8" hole to 4275'. The 4.5" production casing was set at 4276'. Petroset was the cement contractor on location. Petroset broke circulation and pumped 230 sacks of Class A Cement that mudscaled at 15.6 ppg. The plug was displaced using 66 BBL's of water. The plug landed and pressure was held at 1500 psi. The location is on stable condition. The pit liner is in good repair. No violations found.
1829685265 2014-09-02 My inspection today found Poulson Drilling to have reached 1498'. The company has no issues to report while drilling the previous 1498'. The location is in stable condition and the pits are in good repair. No violations found.

Petroset was the cement company on location. Petroset broke circulation and ran 185 sacks of Class A cement that mudscaled at 15.6 ppg. The plug was released and displaced using 25 bbls of fresh water. The plug landed and was pressured up on for five minutes. The amount of cement returns was 14 bbls. The location is in stable condition. The pits are stable and the liner is in good repair. No violations found.
