-1152680357 2012-11-06 I inspected this well at the request of the Uniontown Field Office to follow up on an old NOV violation for failure to display the proper ID that was never closed. My inspection found that the proper ID signage was displayed on the tank battery. The tank battery was diked and contained 1-210 barrel tank, 1-40 barrel tank, and a mechanical separator. There was a domestic line running from the battery and the meter chart had not been changed in quite some time. The wellhead is being produced by a gas powered pumping unit and most of the lease road is in good condition. No violations.
1144076033 2006-04-03 On June 6, 2005, ownership of the well changed from Belvoir Oil & Gas to Pettigrew Pumping Service. Previous inspection reports incorrectly identified this well as P/N 1790. These reports should be changed to correctly identify the well as the Schwan #3, P/N 1766.
726866344 2005-03-10 The former Group Maintenance well has been transferred to Belvoir Energy. The well is still idle and does not have the required identification.
