58238919 2012-10-05 I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a chain link fence with the proper identification and located north of the tank battery on Emmet Street. The tank battery contained three, 100 barrel oil storage tanks, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, two separators, and the proper identification. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. This well shares a tank battery and lease road with permit number 2-3694 and 2-3617. The lease road was in good condition. There are no violations at this time.
