1402932419 2014-06-16 Status check inspection found the following equipment present at the well head- 4.5 production casing-2.375 tubing and pumping rods with the production valves open and the well set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit with the company tool service rig on the hole and the well recently converted from a plunger lift production system to a pumping unit system, at the production fluid storage area 2-100 barrel production tanks are present along with a gas sales meter in an established dike area that has had the location moved from the time of my last inspection.
2140727175 2012-07-12 Inspection of the well head found the following, 4.5 production casing, 2.375 tubing with the production valves closed and the production flow lines unhooked. 2 -100 barrel tanks along with a separator and gas meter with a current chart are present in a containment dike area that is shared between 2 well on same lease owned by the same producer with proper well identification.
