1361550075 2013-02-20 Contacted by Steve Harley who advised he was plugging the well. The well head, tubing and rods were removed prior to arrival on site. The operator advised he baled the well which contained only 2 balers full of fluid. Baling was not witnessed. Harley had a service rig at the well bore with a baler rigged up. Orrville Trucking supplied 9 sack grout and the well was filled solid to surface. Inspection conducted with Todd Miller, ODNR.
