-1099322623 2007-09-26 This well has a plug permit. It is going to be plugged by Terry Kramer. The records on this well show that all of the casing has been pulled on 12-29-1942. The 2" is set with a packer. I will be meeting with Tim Wyant soon to go over a plan to plug this well.
-537579816 2005-02-11 Believe this well belongs to Columbia Natural Gas. No ID. Appears operational.
-62759660 2008-05-29 Plastic pit liner pieces are sticking out of thr ground. Ground is rough and is creating puddles of water. Ground has bare areas with no vegetation. I have called and talked to Tim Wyant he is overseeing the plug job for H&W. Tim is going to remove the plastic pieces and seed the site.
-899759244 2008-08-20 Site has vegetation on location. Final restoration passed.

277767449 2007-10-29 Log truck on site to shot off the 2" tubing. TD top of 1st cement plug and moved to the next collar for 1st shot at 1398'. Did not come free. Moved to 1208' and shot 2" broke free. Pulled 2" up and used it to set remaining plugs to the surface.
409750468 2005-03-21 George (Jack) Warner owns this well. Not in production and is a plugging candidate. Will put an ID on it.
420950933 2007-10-03 Meeting with Tim from Kramer Explorations. Re: plugging two of Jack Warner's wells 60008 & 60023. Tim and I went over the old documents I found, that has the depth of the packer and the methods used to pull the casing on the wells. I told Tim that we need to run tools down to TD if all is good we then need to run 1" tubing down the 2" and set the bottom hole plug. Then shot off the 2" above the packer and fill the well with cement to the surface in a series of plugs that are all continuous.
