1367254794 2013-04-25 This is a Pumping unit wellhead. There was no identification on the standard R.G. Brasel sign template. According to 1501:9-9-05(A)10/1509:23 the well identification sign shall include owner's name, county, township, well name and number, permit number for the well, and emergency contact number. There is a 9-3/4 inch cap on the unmeasured surface casing. Out of the top of this cap is a 3-1/2 inch casing rising in a T-fitting. Two 2-5/16 inch pipes are coming out the sides of this fitting. There is a cap on top of this fitting and a 1-7/8 inch tubing is coming out the cap ending in another t-fitting . Coming out the sides of this fitting is a 1-5/16 inch and 2-3/8 inch pipes. On top of this fitting is the stuffing box assembly. Tank battery consists of two 100-barrel steel tanks, tow tall liquid/gas separators, only one is connected to gas line, and a 1100-gallon poly tank within the containment area.
