1360613011 2013-02-11 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. It had the proper identification sign. The tank battery contained two, 100 barrel production tanks with the proper dike. There were plugs on both load lines. The proper identification was posted on the tank. There were two separators outside the dike with 16 day production charts. The lease road was in good condition with a closed gate at the entrance. This well share the tank battery with permit number 2-1005. The production records were up to date on our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
