-1353612231 2011-05-16 Accompanied P. Shreve complaint status check follow up.
-1446199557 2011-07-13 Inspector Stonerock and I inspected well site. The tank has been moved. The dike and gravel bed are in place. The tank battery area is not 50' away from well head. The well is shut in but is a domestic well. Will call about the tank location.
-261611939 2011-07-18 Called Long Oil and spoke with Danny Long's wife. I told her that tank pad is to close to the well. The tank and dike have to be a minimum of 50' from the well. She will tell Dan.
1303744019 2011-04-21 This complaint was called in by a Scott Williamson. Todd Miller and I went to site and found tank to be leaking oil. There was an affected area approximately 12' wide at the tank and 2' wide and 35' long leading away from the tank. There was a bag of pete moss on site but had not been applied to the affected area. Inspector Miller will call the owner/operator. After oil clean-up, the tank needs to be removed and the impacted soil needs to be hauled away and disposed of properly. New topsoil will need to be brought in and a new tank will need to be installed. A dike (12W'x15'Lx36H) will need to be built. The affected area will need to be reseeded. 9-1-07
