-692320357	2014-04-01		Compliance Action Follow-up 887385160: The well is idle and equipped with rods, tubing, and casing. All valves are shut at the well head. There is an old electric box and drip tank adjacent to well and there is one standing 210 bbl tank and one laying on its side. There is a separator overgrown with vegetation. I will refer this well to the I & O inspector.
-983787708	2014-04-03		I spoke with the landowner, Bill Flesher, regarding the status of his idle wells and to see if he was had signed a lease agreement with Bill Grizzer and Ryan Carper, as was previously considered. He said he was still interested but that they had not kept to the time-line they had given him. I called Bill Grizzer and left a message asking him if he was going to sign a lease with Mr. Flesher and add the wells to his bond. I, or Morgan Coounty Inspector Jake Glascock, will continue to monitor the situation.
