1321456799 2011-11-15 Met operator Gene Mulner on site to review injection operation. Identification sign is posted. The well is not in operation. The operator has disconnected the injection line before the wellhead. The operator stated the wells in the area make approximately 400 barrels of brine a year and the owner has brine hauled away. I informed Mr. Mulner that the well cannot go back into operation without the dike being lined. I also requested that two tees be put on the well so I can be able monitor well pressures with my gauge. Currently the meter lines have to be disconnected to take pressure readings. The operator is currently producing from the Clinton formation and the Oriskany formation. Site is good repair.
