803331149 2012-12-03 I was on site to witness the cementing of the 13 3/8" surface casing. My inspection revealed that Patterson Drilling Rig # 154 has drilled a 17 1/2" hole to a total depth of 672' and ran 672' of 54.5 pound per foot 13 3/8" casing. The casing crew installed six centralizers on the casing string (on joints 1,4,7,10,13,16. Schlumberger cemented the casing with 542 sacks of Class "A" cement (1.2 yield and 15.6 density) with 2% S001 (CaCl); .125 lb/ sk D-130 (flake); and .2% D047. There was excellent circulation throughout the job and approximately 33 barrels of cement was circulated to surface. The plug was landed at 11:11pm , floats held, and pressure test of casing was approved. No violations at this time.
