2116597393 | 2014-05-14 | Inspected production well on 05/14/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and a vertical separator located within an earthen dike. The well is equipped with a wellhead with a threaded swedge and T. Both the tank battery and the wellhead areas are very overgrown and difficult to access. No well identification is posted at either location. Andrew King with King Drilling was notified of the identification issue and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
