-1730270922 2014-06-09 Inspected production well on 06/09/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl steel tank, 1-100 bbl steel tank, and 1-horizontal separator within an earthen dike; the diked area is located within an unlocked metal fence. Paraffin was noted at the bottom of both tanks that will need to be cleaned up. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is a rabbit well located within an unlocked metal fence. There is no access road to the well, and the area around the wellhead is very overgrown and has been overtaken by wetland plants and trees. An identification placard is posted at the wellhead, however it is too faded to read and will need replaced. Equity Oil and Gas was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
