704558646 2008-03-27 An inspection revealed that the final restoration has not been completed. A 100 bbl tank, gas meter, electric pole and storage shed was observed on-site. A section of a dike around the 100 bbl tank will require grading. Currently, this well is listed as PR in RBDMS. There is no plug report for this well. The company, MFC Drilling was contacted by telephone. Ms. Jackie Wilkins states that she received a letter from the DMRM, in 2005, stating that a plug report and cement tickets is needed for this well. Further stating that the letter mentioned that the well was plugged on 9/26/2005. She states that this issue fell thru the cracks and will be resolved. Ms. Wilkins will be sending this information to the Jackson Office. Spoke with Jeff Harmon, 216-440-6643, the Production Supervisor. He was informed of the inspection results and stated that he would have this issue resolved in 2 weeks. NONEA
