1762001800 2012-12-10 I was on site to witness the cementing of the 13 3/8" surface casing. My inspection revealed that Patterson Rig # 328 has drilled a 17 1/2" hole to a total depth of 605'. They ran 605' of 13 3/8" casing (54.5 pound per foot) and installed 7 centralizers on the casing string (on joints 1,2,3,6,9,12,15). O-TEX cemented the casing with 540 sacks of Class "H" cement with 2% CaCl , .27% Cello Flake, and .4% C-41P. O-TEX pumped a 20 barrel gel spacer and 10 barrels of freshwater ahead of the cement. They pumped 115.41 barrels of cement and displaced the cement with 84 barrels of freshwater. There was good circulation throughout the entire job and 24 barrels of cement were circulated to surface. They bumped the plug at 19:50 hours with 540 PSI. My inspection revealed no violations at this time.
1880228665 2014-04-08 I inspected the well site and found the well head to be constructed with a Christmas tree valve and piping. There are six wells at this site. The condensate tanks and piping runs were all intact with no leaks. The spray lined steel containment around the condensate tanks had rain water in it with no visible contamination. The diesel power unit was found to have excess oil in the spill containment under the engine. The pre-heater unit had no visible issues. While I was finishing my inspection, the contractor was there to clean up the oil under the diesel engine. No oil reached the ground. The lease road is stable condition and the site is well secured with two locked gates. No violations were found.
