-1608340796 2009-09-14 I walked around the tank battery and the wellhead and found that there were no violations at this time.
1110307129 2013-08-08 On 8/7/2018, I was riding with Tom Hill, Northeast Region Supervisor when I received a call from Debra the property owner at 978 Ottawa Drive, Youngtown, Ohio about an oil sheen and gas bubbling in an area in her lawn. When we inspected the area there was dead vegetation. The area is very wet, as we walked in the area there were bubbles coming out of the ground. We explained to her that the amount of rain that we have had causes the ground to saturate with water and that will create the vegetation to decay and cause a sheen. On 8/8/2013, I went to the above location and collected a sample of the water in the area and tested it with Low Range Quantab 0-600 ppm. The reading was very low 1.2 units ( 0.005 %NaCl) / ppm (mg/L) Cl 28. No violations at this time. Complaint closed.
