1359063022 | 2013-01-24 | The current landowner has submitted documentation to produce the well for domestic purposes. The well head pressure was 29 psi on gauge. Tested gas quality with Sperian PhD6 four gas meter three individual times. The first set of readings maxed the Methane and Lower Explosive Limit (LEL), Carbon monoxide (CO) reading was not noted, Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) has a reading of 2 parts per million (PPM). The meter was allowed to clear and was restarted as a result of the max readings. The second set of readings indicated 0.85 % Methane, 35 % LEL, 9 ppm CO, and Zero hydrogen sulfide. The third set of reading were collected; Methane was 4.0%, LEL reached 100% then maxed out the sensor, the hydrogen sulfide was zero ppm. The gas reading for this well were collected in July after the bottom plug was set and the 4.5 inch casing was ripped and removed. These results are consistent with the previous results. Otherwise the offer for the well to the landowner would not have been made. A seven inch to two inch swage, ball valve, and regulator were installed on the well by the plugging contractor. A gas line to the house has been laid and buried. The landowner is waiting for final transfer for use. TSB. | ||||
