-358962191 2012-11-15 I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery had the proper dike and contained one, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank. The separator was outside the diked tank battery and had the identification sign. The lease road was shared by permit numbers 2-2964 and 2-2965. I noticed no visible spills or leaks.
-67951474 2014-03-19 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a heat, treated separator. The dike met containment requirements. An identification sign was properly posted on the separator. A bull plug was installed on the load line. There was a 16 day production chart inside the separator. The lease road was in stable condition and shared with permit number 2-2964. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
