They will till in and turn up soil till it is neutralized. The dike has been put in and there is oil soaked material in dike. They will clean up oil mess and seed and mulch back.

Remove all oil soaked soil in the dike and dispose of. Re build the dike walls around the tank battery and reseed and mulch in. Place identification with current owner name and contact information. Immediately stop pumping into tank. Haul any contents out and get tank fixed. Remove all lines and place plugs in at the valves. You have 10 days to comply with the removal of the soil and replacement with good top soil. Remediation of the soil with lime is acceptable as long as it is placed on another area of the property. I need to be present on all removal and replacement of soil. All work needs to be completed by 4-21-13. Failure to comply may result in legal enforcement action. Fines could be imposed. 9-1-07
